• Avoid exfoliating, waxing, laser hair removal, self-tanning and retinoids for 1 week prior to your treatment

• Avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine, and aspirin 24-48 hours before treatment to minimize symptoms

• Schedule treatment 2 weeks prior to a special event

• Cannot be pregnant or nursing at the time of treatment

Post

• Avoid touching face for 4 hours, working out for 24 hours, using retinoids for 1 week, and sun exposure for 2 weeks post treatment

• Use a gentle cleanser + SPF for 1 week post treatment

• Do not pick at or peel skin, you may trim peeling skin with clean scissors
