Avoid exfoliating including waxing, laser hair removal, and retinols for 1 week prior to your peel. Avoid acids, exfoliants, and self-tanners for 3 days prior to treatment. Avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine, and aspirin 24-48 hours before treatment to minimize bruising.
