• Your provider will sit down with you and talk about any concerns you may have and what brought you in

• Your provider will conduct a facial assessment

• Together you will discuss your goals and budget

• Then you will agree on a treatment plan and next steps

• If applicable, you will then receive your dermal filler treatment

• Two weeks later you will need to pop back in for a follow up appointment where your provider will assess your first treatment and make any necessary adjustments

Pre

• To minimize bruising, avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine and aspirin 24-48 hours before treatment

• Schedule treatment 2 weeks prior to a special event

• Cannot be pregnant or nursing at the time of treatment

• We will prescribe an anti-viral if you’e prone to cold sores

Post

• Avoid lying down for 4 hours, working out for 24 hours, and facials or deep facial massages for 2 weeks after treatment

• Swelling and bruising are normal, you may take Tylenol, oral arnica, and use a cold compress to manage symptoms
